Elaboration
- Preheat the oven to 190 ºC.
- Melt the butter and once cooled, add the eggs, the milk and the agave syrup.
- Add the previously flour.
- Pour the mixture into the muffin moulds.
- Bake at 190 ºC for 10 minutes opening the oven for the last 5 minutes.
- Leave to cool.
- Sprinkle icing sugar over the muffins for decoration.
Variation:
- They can be filled with chocolate and then baked in the oven, but the baking time should be adjusted to 15 minutes.
