Elaboration
  • Preheat the oven to 190 ºC.
  • Melt the butter and once cooled, add the eggs, the milk and the agave syrup.
  • Add the previously flour.
  • Pour the mixture into the muffin moulds.
  • Bake at 190 ºC for 10 minutes opening the oven for the last 5 minutes.
  • Leave to cool.
  • Sprinkle icing sugar over the muffins for decoration.

Variation:

  • They can be filled with chocolate and then baked in the oven, but the baking time should be adjusted to 15 minutes.
