Elaboration
- Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
- Mix the flour and the small pieces of cold butter.
- Add the cold toasted ground hazelnuts, the salt, the spice (4 spices) and blend until well mixed.
- Let it cool and harden in the fridge covered with cling film (suitable for food wrapping).
- Grate with a coarse grater over a tray covered with baking paper and finally bake.
