SERVING
- Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Put the water to boil in a pot if we don't have very hot water, then prepare the bain-marie.
- Caramelize the inside with diluted caramel.
- Infuse milk with well-chopped cinnamon-
- Place the eggs in a bowl, add the sugar and mix well.
- Add the infused and spilled milk, mix well and fill the flan molds.
- Place the molds on a gastronorm plate, fill it up, add hot water to the plate and let it cook.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
- Unfit and serve in deep dishes or with its own candy.
