Sautéed cauliflower with fried sauce

      Elaboration
    - Clean and boil the cauliflower.
- Make a fried sauce with the garlic chopped into slices and olive oil.
- Chop the parsley into brunoise.
- Cut the bacon into strips.
SET UP
- Spread the cauliflower on the baking sheet and add the fried garlic and bacon on top.
- Bake and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
