Elaboration
- Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
- Whip the butter until solid in a bowl with the help of a wooden spoon.
- Add the sugar and mix well.
- Add the egg whites and mix.
- Add the sifted flour, vanilla and mix.
- Leave it to rest in the fridge for 20 minutes.
- Stretch the dough making circles, with the help of a spoon.
- Sprinkle the sesame on top and PLACE in the oven.
- Remove parchment paper and shape in a mould immediately after taking it out of the oven.
- Store in a dry place.
