Elaboration
- Mix the cream cheese with the sugar, egg yolks and egg whites using a whisk.
- Add the flour and pass the mixture through a sieve to avoid lumps.
- Fill ¾ of the siphon with the help of a funnel, add two gas charges for the large siphon, with 10 minutes of rest between them and keep it in the fridge.
- Puncture the base of the plastic cups and fill them up to ¾.
- Boil them in the microwave for approximately 40-45 seconds at 600W.
- Let the cups cool upside down on a tray.
- Unmold with the help of a knife or cut the cups with scissors.
