Elaboration
  • Mix the cream cheese with the sugar, egg yolks and egg whites using a whisk.  
  • Add the flour and pass the mixture through a sieve to avoid lumps. 
  • Fill ¾ of the siphon with the help of a funnel, add two gas charges for the large siphon, with 10 minutes of rest between them and keep it in the fridge.  
  • Puncture the base of the plastic  cups and fill them up to ¾.
  • Boil them in the microwave for approximately 40-45 seconds at 600W.
  • Let the cups cool upside down on a tray. 
  • Unmold with the help of a knife or cut the cups with scissors.
