Sherry "Jerez" vinegar
Sherry “Jerez” vinegar is the resulting product from the acetic fermentation of suitable wines made in the Jerez region.
The vinegars under the protected designation of origin “Jerez” have a colour which is a mixture between old gold and mahogany and a dense and unctuous aspect. Their aroma is intense, slightly alcoholic, winey and woody. Their taste is pleasant even though it is acidic with a great persistence in mouth.
