Elaboration
  • Preheat the oven to 160 ºC.
  • Mix the sugar, flour and salt in a bowl.
  • Add the cold butter cut into cubes, use the «sablage» technique and let stand in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  • Chop and weigh the prunes.
  • Spread onto baking paper and bake in the oven.
  • Once baked move to a cold dish and, add the chopped prunes and mix well.
  • Keep in a dry place until use.
