Elaboration
- Preheat the oven to 160 ºC.
- Mix the sugar, flour and salt in a bowl.
- Add the cold butter cut into cubes, use the «sablage» technique and let stand in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Chop and weigh the prunes.
- Spread onto baking paper and bake in the oven.
- Once baked move to a cold dish and, add the chopped prunes and mix well.
- Keep in a dry place until use.
