  • Pre-heat avon to 180 ºC
  • In an electric mixer, mix the pork fat with the sherry and brandy. The fat should absorb part of the liquid until smooth and creamy.
  • Sieve the flour and baking powder and mix little by little.
  • The dough should be soft but not sticky.
  • Roll the dough to a 1,5cm or 2cm thickness.
  • Cut with a cookie cutter.
  • Bake for 20/30 minutes on a baking tray with baking paper.
  • When the pieces are still hot, sprinkle with icing sugar.
