Elaboration
- Pre-heat avon to 180 ºC
- In an electric mixer, mix the pork fat with the sherry and brandy. The fat should absorb part of the liquid until smooth and creamy.
- Sieve the flour and baking powder and mix little by little.
- The dough should be soft but not sticky.
- Roll the dough to a 1,5cm or 2cm thickness.
- Cut with a cookie cutter.
- Bake for 20/30 minutes on a baking tray with baking paper.
- When the pieces are still hot, sprinkle with icing sugar.
