Elaboration
- Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
- Grate the lemon and mix it with the ground almond and the icing sugar.
- Slightly beat the eggs.
- Add the eggs slowly with the almond and icing sugar mixture. Whip until you get a uniform dough.
- Add the sugar and mix.
- Sieve the flour, the cornflour and the yeast. Add to the previous mixture.
- Pour the dough into single paper capsules.
- Bake at 180 ºC for about 12 minutes.
- Let cool and sprinkle icing sugar over the surface.
