Elaboration
For this recipe, the following elaborations are needed:
SET UP
- Prepare the custard and keep it in the refrigerator.
- Make a syrup with water, sugar and cinnamon.
- Wash, peel and core the apples then cut the apples into either thirds or quarters.
- Add the chopped apples into the boling syrop and cook until soft.
- Once cooked, leave to cool and place them n the refrigerator.
- Place the custard in a soup dish, put the apples and custard.
