Elaboration
- Preheat the oven to 210 ºC.
- Mix eggs with sugar.
- Mix the flour, the chocolate powder, the baking powder and sieve. Add it to the previous mixture using a circular motion when stirring.
- Add the oil and the syrup.
- Fill the ¾ parts of the molds.
- Bake at 210 ºC for around 22 minutes.
Notes:
- On a tray 10 big molds
- In a modular oven, program 4/3/2, with the air intake closed until they rise (10 minutes), then open it until golden brown (10-12 minutes more).
