Elaboration
- Preheat the oven to 180 ºC
- Add the cream butter, the sugar, the salt, the cayenne powder and the flour, mixing well all the ingredients together.
- Cover the dough with cling film and allow it to cool in the fridge.
- Stretch the dough placing baking paper between each layers of around one cm thick per layer.
- Cook in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Cut the dough halfway through cooking into 2 x 2 cm pieces and finish cooking in the oven.
- Store in the bakery proofer.
