Elaboration
  • Preheat the oven to 175 ºC.
  • Mix the two flours in a bowl, the baking powder and the salt.
  • Add the margarine and work the dough until you get a crumbly texture.
  • Add the icing sugar and mix.
  • Add the milk slowly, until you get a soft and smooth dough.
  • Stretch the dough with the help of a rolling pin until it is 4-5 mm thick and cut the cookies with the help of a dough cutter.
  • Put the cookies in an oven tray with baking paper.
  • Make little holes with a skewer all over the surface of the cookie.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the cookies are slightly browned.
  • Let cool.
