Elaboration
- Preheat the oven to 200º C.
- First rinse the quinoa to until the water runs clean.
- Cook the quinoa, until the water evaporates and it’s tender
- Drain well. Let it cool.
- Mix all the ingredients: the cooked quinoa, oat flakes, egg, orange zest, ground cinnamon, sugar and the creamed margarine.
- Shape as desired (bars, cookies etc.).
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes to 200º C until golden.
- Let it cool.
Notes:
- Each cookie of 20g is taken as a reference for one serving.
- In a modular oven, program 1/2/1.
