Elaboration
  • Preheat the oven to 170 º C.
  • Soften the butter a little.
  • Mix with the sugar.
  • Mix with the previously sieved flour. Knead but avoid it from thickening too much.
  • Let stand for 30 minutes.
  • Form ball shapes of 30 g.
  • Flatten with the palm of your hand and, if desired, decorate the biscuits with stamps.
  • Bake at 170 ºC for 20 minutos. The surface should slightly brown.
