Elaboration
- Preheat the oven to 170 º C.
- Soften the butter a little.
- Mix with the sugar.
- Mix with the previously sieved flour. Knead but avoid it from thickening too much.
- Let stand for 30 minutes.
- Form ball shapes of 30 g.
- Flatten with the palm of your hand and, if desired, decorate the biscuits with stamps.
- Bake at 170 ºC for 20 minutos. The surface should slightly brown.
