  • Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
  • Beat the room temperature butter with the sugar.
  • Sieve the cornflour, the cornstarch and the raising agent. Add this to the mixture.
  • Knead everything together until combined.
  • Let rest in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  • Divide the dough into small balls of about 20 g. and gently flatten out with your hand.
  • Bake at 180ºC for approximately 15 minutes.
  • Let cool completely.
