Elaboration
- Beat the eggs with sugar until the batter becomes fluffy and tripled in volume.
- Add the cake flour using a sieve, and stir the ingredients to blend carefully.
- Bake using a round mold previously greased to 180C for around 30-40 minutes.
- In a modular oven, set 3 (ceiling), 4 (opening), 3 (floor), fan-assisted.
