Elaboration
- Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
- Grease the mold and sprinkle with flour if necessary.
- Cream the butter and add the sugar.
- Peel and mash the ripe bananas.
- Add the egg and whisk.
- Add wholemeal flour, the oatmeal flour, the raising agent and the cinnamon. Beat the mixture together.
- Add the previously chopped walnuts and the chocolate chips.
- Pour the dough into a mold. (Do not fill more than 3/4 of its capacity.)
- Bake approximately between 45 minutes and 1 hour, depending on the capacity and shape of the mold.
