Elaboration
- Pour the milk into a saucepan and add the orange zest.
- Add the rice once the milk starts boiling, use a wooden spatula to stir the bottom of the pot constantly to keep rice from sticking.
- When the rice is cooked, add some sugar and stir to combine for a minute.
- Remove from heat and use another bowl to store it in the fridge.
