Elaboration
- Mix procrema stabilizer with sugar and dextrose in a bowl.
- Peel, deseed and mash the avocado. Mix it with water in a turmix.
- Mix all the ingredients together and leave to stand in the refrigerating chamber for 1 or 2 hours.
- Churn in the ice cream machine.
