Elaboration
- Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
- Mix in a bowl the oil, brown sugar, cream cheese and the cocoa.
- Add the eggs one by one and whip.
- Add the milk.
- Sieve and add all the dry ingredients (flour, yeast and sodium bicarbonate).
- Finally, add the chocolate chips.
- Mix everything until you get a flat, homogeneous and smooth dough.
- Fill the paper molds with just over a half of the mixture.
- Bake for approximately 25 minutes at 180 ºC.
- Leave to cool on a rack.
