Vegetables skewers with asian sauce

Elaboration
- Dice the bacon and vegetables, onion, red pepper and green pepper into approx. 2 cm cubes.
- Cut the wild asparagus into 3 cm pieces.
- Sauté all the vegetables separately and add to the skewer combining colours.
- Make an oriental sauce.
SETTING UP
- Pour two tablespoons of oriental sauce into a bowl.
- Grill the brochettes and place them on top of the sauce seasoning with Maldon salt.
