- Cream the butter.
- Add the icing sugar.
- Add the whites and mix the ingredients together.
- Finally, add the flour together with the cocoa, previously sieved.
- Stretch it, as thin as possible, on a silicone mat.
- It must be frozen to pour over the sponge cake that you want to decorate.
Notes
- To make the pâte a cigarette in another colour, replace the quantity of cocoa with flour and add the desired colour.
