Elaboration
  • Mix eggs with sugar.
  • Mix the flour with the raising agent and add to the previous mixture.
  • Pour the oil gently  while beating and add the lemon zest.
  • Let it rest for about 30 minutes. Stir and fill ¾  parts of the molds.
  • Sprinkle with sugar.
  • Bake at 210 ºC for around  20 minutes.
