- Atemperar la cobertura y cubrir el molde.
- Dar la vuelta al molde y reserva el excedente que caiga. Dejar enfriar.
- Hidratar los dátiles en agua caliente.
- Triturar las almendras hasta obtener una pasta. (Se puede emplear otro fruto seco).
- Incorporar todos los ingredientes y triturar hasta obtener una crema.
- Rellenar el molde.
- Congelar una hora.
- Bañar nuevamente la superficie con la cobertura reservada.
- Dejar enfriar.
