Elaboration
- Make a basic syrup and cool.
- Clean the rhubarb with a short knife removing the threads or the fibrous parts of the two sides and cut the rhubarb into thin slices of 8 cm with a mandoline or a slicing machine.
- Put the rhubarb layers through the cold syrup, drain them well and put them on baking paper.
- Put to dry in the oven at 100 °C for 3 to 4 hours, or in the stove at 30 °C.
