Elaboration
- Cut the bread into thin slices and roast it in the oven.
- Fry the green pepper. Heal.
- Cook the eggs in water with salt, cool and peel.

ASSEMBLY
- On top of the bread, put a quenelle with a mixture of chatka and tuna.
