Elaboration
- Put all the ingredients in a stand mixer bowl and knead for 5 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into a pipping bag and pipe them making round cookies of 3 cm diameter. Use a round pipping tip.
- Put slivered almonds on top of each cookie.
- Bake in a modular oven at 240 ºC for about 5-7 minutes.
