      Elaboration
    - Hervir, asar o cocinar al vapor la calabaza.
- Hidratar los dátiles en agua caliente. Una vez hidratados, quitarles el hueso.
- Triturar la calabaza junto con los dátiles.
- Batir los huevo y añadir la harina de almendras, el impulsor y el bicarbonato.
- Añadir la crema de calabaza y dátiles y las pepitas de chocolate. Mezclar.
- Rellenar los moldes.
- Si se quiere se puede añadir un poco de chocolate más en la superficie.
- Pasa al molde (añade si lo deseas más chocolate por encima).
- Hornear a 180 ºC aproximadamente 25 minutos.
