  • Mix the oat milk, sugar and salt in a thermomix.
  • Stir the mascarpone in a separate bowl to remove the lumps.
  • Add the mixture with a spoon to the mascarpone and mix well, repeat the process until all the mixture is added.  It is important to follow this process so that the cheese doesn’t turn curdle.
  • Fold in the almost whipped cream.
  • Strain, fill the siphon and apply 2 gas charges.
