SET UP
- Prepare the custard and beat it.
- Wash, peel and core the apples.
- Cook them together with wine, sugar and cinnamon.
- Once cooked, leave to cool and cut into four pieces.
- Make the diluted caramel.
- Place the custard in bowls, put the pieces of apple on top and pour over the diluted caramel.
