Elaboration
- Place the ground almonds, the confectioners' sugar and pumpkin in a mixing bowl. Mix them with the flat beater.
- Add in the lemon juice, sugar and keep mixing.
- Gradually add in the egg whites and mix until you get a sticky dough.
- Make small balls using your hands and gently flatten them. Coat them in sugar.
- Bake at 200 ºC for about 15 minutes.
