Elaboration
- Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, then use a Chinois to strain the batter.
- Put it into a siphon, the canister must be ¾ full, and add 1 charge of gas.
- Fill a plastic cup ¼ full, make three small cuts in the base of the cup.
- Place in the microwave for about 40 secs -1 min.
- Once it is cooked, remove from the mold to prevent it from drying and making steam inside.
Notes:
- This recipe is intended to make with liquorice paste and not with liquorice powder or some other varieties.
