Elaboration
- Cortar la mitad de los limones en rodajas y la otra mitad pelar, para utilizar sólo la cáscara.
- Hervir durante 15 minutos a fuego suave la leche, la mitad del azúcar, la vainilla, la corteza de limón y la canela.
- Dejar enfriar.
- Poner en un frasco de cristal con el resto de ingredientes (el ron, la leche, la otra mitad del azúcar y las rodajas de limón).
- Dejar macerar 20 días.
- Filtrar 2 veces con un filtro de tela.
- Embotellar y guardar en cámara.
- Servir frío.
