Elaboration
- Sieve the flour, the icing sugar and the ground almond (flour).
- Mix the butter or the softened margarine with flour and salt.
- Add the icing sugar, the ground almond and the toasted sesame.
- Pour in some milk.
- Divide the dough in 20 g portions and keep in the refrigerator.
- When it thickens (and slightly hardens), flatten.
- Bake at 165 ºC for approximately 15 minutes.
