Elaboration
Pelar las manzanas y las peras, trocearlas en cinco o seis partes, y seguidamente introducirlas en un recipiente con agua fría y unas gotas de limón para que no oxiden.
Por otra parte, se lavan los orejones.
A continuación poner a cocer en una cazuela el agua, elvino, los orejones, la canela y el azúcar. Hervir durante 10 minutos todo, tapando la cazuela con tapa para evitar la evaporación.
Pasado ese tiempo agregar las ciruelas pasas y esperar 5 minutos más para agregar las uvas pasas y las peras. 5 minutos más de hervor y por último añadir las manzanas.
Dejar que todo hierva durante 10 minutos.
