Elaboration
- Preheat the convection air oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Crush all the ingredients with a turmix until the mixture is smooth.
- Cover a 20-mm diameter biscuit mold or kitchen sauté with wet sulfurized paper and fill with the previous mixture.
- Cook in the oven for about 1h 40 minutes until roasted brown.
- Cool and let rest in the refrigerator.
