- Mezclar en un bol los huevos, la mantequilla fundida, el yogurt y el azúcar.
- Triturar con la batidora de mano.
- Añadir la harina y la levadura y volver a triturar.
- Por ultimo, añadir la ralladura de limón.
- Meter la masa en una manga pastelera y repartirlo en los moldes.
- Introducir en el horno a 180 ºC unos 30 minutos.
Observaciones:
- Con esta receta salen 5 bizcochos de 300 g.
