For this recipe, the following elaborations are needed:

SET UP

  • Prepare the custard and keep it in the refrigerator.
  • Make a syrup with water, sugar and cinnamon.
  • Wash, peel and core the apples then cut the apples into either thirds or quarters.
  • Add the chopped apples into the boling syrop and cook until soft.
  • Once cooked, leave to cool and place them n the refrigerator.
  • Place the custard in a soup dish, put the apples and custard.
