Elaboration
- Pelar y lavar las patatas.
- Cortar en rodajas finas y poner una primera capa de patatas en el fondo del molde engrasado.
- En un recipiente batir los huevos con la nata y poner a punto con sal y pimienta.
- Ir alternando capas de patata con un poco de queso rallado hasta llenar el molde, terminando con patatas. Y cada vez que ponemos una capa cubrimos con la mezcla de huevos batidos y nata.
- Finalmente, poner por encima más queso rallado.
- Meter en el horno precalentado a 180 ºC durante 45 minutos, hasta que la patata esté bien hecha.
