Elaboration
- Hervir 3/4 partes de la leche con la vainilla.
- Mezclar el azúcar con la maizena y disolver con la leche reservada.
- Añadir los huevos y mezclar.
- Echar el aparejo (previamente pasado por el chino) a la leche.
- Trabajar el conjunto hasta que hierva y espese.
- Enfriar.
- Semimontar la nata con el azúcar y juntarlo con la crema con movimientos suaves y envolventes.
