Elaboration
- Preheat the steam oven to 90 ºC.
- Mix all the ingredients in a thermomixer or a paddle mixer.
- When the mixture is smooth and free of lumps, fill a rectangular aluminium mould previously lined with aluminium foil with the mixture and put it into the steam oven for about 30 minutes.
- Cut into square or rectangular pieces.
