  • Put all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Stir with the help of a spatula making sure the sugar coat the peanuts.
  • Once the sugar caramelises and covers the peanuts, place them on anti-adherent paper.
  • When they cool down, blend them in a Thermomix until obtaining a very thin paste.
