Elaboration
- Boil all the ingredients except for the frosting.
- Boil the mixture, add the frosting, remove from the heat and make sure that the frosting is melted.
- Strain through a sieve with a reverse bain-marie (water, ice and salt).
- Churn the ice cream in an ice-cream maker.
