  • Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.
  • Add the apples to the hot caramel sauce and soften the outside of the apples inside the  caramel sauce.  
  • Once softened place on a baking tray in a circular metal mold with the help of a slotted spoon.
  • Pour part of the caramel on to the baking tray and bake at 200 ºC.
  • Remove the baking tray from the oven every 10-15 minutes and moisten each apple with the caramel that is remaining in the tray.
  • It will take about 45-60 minutes to cook depending on the amount of apples.
  • Keep out of the refrigerator and serve them tempered.
