Gilt-head bream are semioily saltwater fish.
They are known for their golden stripe on the central part and their strong teeth. They are always caught on rocks, never using bottom-trawling methods.
They are generally sold fresh and farm grown gilt-head breams can usually be found too.
They are prepared the same way as regular breams and they can also be boiled.
