Elaboration
- Atemperar la cobertura blanca y cubrir el interior de molde.
- Elaborar un almíbar a 120 ºC.
- Mezclar el almíbar con el coco rallado y leche condensada en la máquina batidora con pala.
- Llenar el molde con la mezcla anterior y dejar enfriar.
- Cubrir la superficie que queda sin bañar con cobertura blanca previamente atemperada. Enfriar hasta que solidifique.
- Desmoldear.
