Elaboration
- Soak the gelatin in cold water.
- Scald the basil and cool it in iced water. Save the cooking water for later.
- Heat the water together with the Fresh Sosa (Xylitol), the gelatin and let everything dissolve.
- Grind the basil leaves with the green apple pulp in the Thermomix machine and strain
- Mix the two parts and store the soup in the fridge to serve cold.
