Elaboration
- Peel the pears and place them on a Gastronorm baking tray, then sprinkle with sugar, Add the cinnamon stick and pour some wine over the top.
- Cook in the oven at 200 ºC until the pears are soft. turn the pears while they are in the oven so that they cook on all sides.
- Let stand so that their colour changes and they acquire flavour.
- Remove the pears from the liquid and place them in bowls.
- Reduce the liquid in order to pour it over the pears and give them shiny finish.
